RETURN POLICY

Our Return Policy strives to be as flexible as possible, so we can delight our members. However, we want to be clear and express that not all products can be returned. Below we describe the details of this policy. If after reading it you need assistance or clarification, please contact our customer service department via email at returns@pinacourt.com.

All orders shipped to Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Paraguay, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela are final. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Pina Court will be responsible for damages or errors made while processing the order.

GENERAL INFORMATION


1.WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?

  • You may return all sized items like clothing, footwear, and accessories such as belts, that were ordered through www.pinacourt.com.

2.WHAT PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

  • You cannot return all non-sized items such as handbags, ties, jewelry, accessories, perfumes, beauty products, home products and similar. Some exceptions may apply.
  • Due to health, sanitation, and hygiene concerns, bathing suits, bikinis, lingerie and/or underwear, rings and/or earrings cannot be returned.
  • All items included in specific categories such as "Liquidation", "Few and Final" and any other sale that refers to extra or additional discounts to those normally offered and/or marked as "Final Sale". Furthermore, this policy applies to all products that are part of special seasonal promotions. Some exceptions may apply.
  • Products that have been washed or used.

3.HOW TO START A RETURN

Before you return an item, please contact us by email at returns@pinacourt.com. Make sure you include the following information:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number.
  • State why you want to start the return.
  • If the product is defective or it is not what you ordered, attach a photo of the product. This will help us expedite the processing of your return.


Once we receive your request, one of our representatives will contact you as soon possible.

4.REFUNDS

The cost of all returnable items will be refunded in the original form of payment, minus any applicable fee.

  • If the return is generated by a defect on the product, or by an operational error made while processing your order, PINA COURT will pay for the return. PINA COURT will also pay for the shipping of a new item if and only if the product is in stock, and if you agree to accept it.
  • If the return is generated as a result of an error on your part, you must pay for the return. This cost varies depending on your shipping address. If the items qualified for “free shipping”, the refund will be applied for the full cost of the products minus all shipping costs.

5.HOW CAN I AVOID RETURN COSTS

We understand that errors may be made when placing an order, either by confusion, or due to size variations. To avoid any return cost we offer the following options:

  • First of all contact us by email at returns@pinacourt.com. If the item is still in stock, you can reorder it; just pay for shipping.
  • If the item is no longer in stock, you can order a different product that is in inventory, and whose value is equal to or greater than the item you wish to return. You will be responsible for the price difference (if there is any) and for shipping fees..

6.EXCHANGES

In certain circumstance, exchanges will be processed as long as the product is available. However, in most cases this will not be possible since our offers run for a limited time and with limited inventory.

7.RETURN ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

We can accept returns of merchandise within the return window described for each country. Unfortunately, items received after this period will not be accepted.

8.WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In PINA COURT we do our best to ensure that your order is shipped according to your expectations. However, if you believe that your order was shipped incorrectly, or if the product is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service department via email at returns@pinacourt.com. We apologize in advance if any of this ever occurs.

In compliance with the consumer protection laws, when products purchased in www.pinacourt.com have a manufacturing defect, the consumer (hereafter The Member) may request the repair of the product. If that is not possible, The Member can request a new identical product or full refund. The warranty period is determined by each supplier and manufacturer. This information usually appears in the description of each product. The warranty period begins from the date of receipt of the product by The Member. To enforce the warranty, The member must contact PINA COURT’s customer service department either by email or by phone. The Member will be given appropriate instructions on how to manage the situation either through PINA COURT or through the supplier and or manufacturer of the corresponding article.

9.FINAL SALE

"Final Sale" items cannot be returned.

COLOMBIA
Some products offered on www.pinacourt.com do not qualify for return. Examples of these are all items displayed as "Final Sale", products mentioned in section 2., and those who are outside of the return window specified for each country.

According to the provisions of Act 1480 of 2011, The Member has five (5) business days from the date of delivery of the product to exercise the right to return, and to report damages or dissatisfaction of purchased products. After this time, it is understood that The Member is satisfied with the product delivered.

Make sure your return is reported within five (5) business days after the product was received. All returned products must be in their original condition, packaging must be intact, and must not show signs of use.

1.RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

Do you want to return an item? No problem! Here we explain you step by step what the process looks like:

  • Please contact PINA COURT by email at returns@pinacourt.com. The email must contain the customer information and the order number. State why you are returning the product, and attach pictures if possible.
  • Pack the product you want to return. Make sure all items are in their original condition with no signs of wear and/or tear. Include any packaging, warranty cards, accessories, etc. that came with the product.
  • A representative from PINA COURT will email you important information needed to complete your return. Remember to check your “spam” mailbox if you do not see this email in your inbox.

For your protection, we recommend you to insure your package against loss. Make sure you request delivery confirmation. Keep your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
As soon as we receive your package, we will notify you via email. Your money will be returned in the original form of payment (minus any applicable fee) in approximately seven (7) to ten (10) business days depending on the financial institution.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Some products offered on www.pinacourt.com do not qualify for return. Examples of these are all items displayed as "Final Sale", products mentioned in the "General Information" section of this policy, and those who are outside of the return window specified for each country

1.REQUESTING A RETURN LABEL

Return labels for returnable items must be requested within the first fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the items were delivered. All return notifications received outside of this window will NOT be accepted.

Make sure the merchandise you want to return is received by PINA COURT within twenty one (21) calendar days from the date on which the items were delivered. All returned products must be in their original condition, packaging must be intact, and must show no sign of use.

We believe that twenty one (21) days gives you enough time to return your order. At the same time, it helps us to maintain our assortment current and in season.

2.RETURN OF MERCHANDISE

  • Pack the product you want to return. Make sure all items are in their original condition with no signs of wear and/or tear. Include any packaging, warranty cards, accessories, etc. that came with the product..
  • Print the pre-paid return label, and paste it on the box or bag that contains the product to return.
*Any type of paper and printer should work to print the pre-paid label.
  • Hand the package to your postman, take it to any branch of USPS (United States Postal Service), or deposit it in a USPS mailbox.

Ah! Make sure that the products you are going to return are not part of a “Final Sale” campaign. If they are, no returns will be accepted.
