GENERAL INFORMATION

1. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION.

We will send you via e-mail a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way. This confirmation will include a tracking code which can be used to track your package. If, for any reason, you do not receive your tracking code, we kindly ask you to check your spam or junk mailboxes. You can also contact us directly using our website's chat, social media channels, phone numbers or write us an email at team@pinacourt.com

2. TAXES, DUTIES, AND TRANSPORTATION

The only countries for which the shipping rate DOES include taxes and duties are: Paraguay, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, and United States of America. The amount paid at checkout is the total price the customer will pay for product, taxes, duties, and transportation; all delivered to the address indicated by the buyer. Shipping fees do NOT include import charges, taxes,and/or duties for the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Canadá, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, España, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá, República Dominicana, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay y Venezuela. The customer will be responsible for them (if any) upon arrival.

3. SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

Limits on quantities per references can apply depending on the package destination state and/or country. Be aware that your oder could be adjusted and/or modified to comply with the law and specific regulations. In that case, one of our custumer service representatives will contact you directly. Some items, including but not limited to footwear, can be shipped without their original boxes. We do this to optimize packaging while reducing freight costs; this allows us to offer you more competive and economic prices.

4. PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER.

All packages returned to Pina Court will be treated as returns. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping address. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
