By law, Pina Court is required to collect sales taxes in the states of Florida and Virginia. The tax law of each state specifies what purchases are subject to sales tax.
Important information about sales tax for customers residing in Oklahoma, Vermont and South Dakota: Pina Court LLC is not obligated to collect taxes on sales made in these three (3) states. However, purchases made by our customers are subject to applicable tax laws in the three (3) aforementioned states, and are not tax exempted for the mere fact that they were made through the internet. GENERAL INFORMATION


1.TAXES, DUTIES, AND TRANSPORTATION

Shipping rates DO NOT include import charges, taxes or duties for the following countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Uruguay and Venezuela. The customer will be responsible for them (if any) upon package arrival. This is because each country has its own customs and tax policies. The only countries in which the shipping rate DOES include taxes and duties are Paraguay, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, and United States of America. The amount paid at the time of checkout is the total product cost, taxes, duties, and transportation delivered to the address indicated.

2.DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

We will send you a shipping confirmation e-mail when all or part of your order is on its way. This email will include a tracking number that can be used to track your order. Tracking is limited for orders going to Brazil and Spain. If for any reason you do not receive the order confirmation or tracking number, we recommend you to check your “spam” mailbox. 3.LIMITATIONS

Limit on the number of items purchased (by reference) can be applied depending on the state/country of destination of the order. Your package may be adjusted and/or modified to comply with laws and regulations. In such case, you will be contacted directly by one of our representatives. Some items (footwear for instance) might not be shipped in their original boxes. We do this to optimize packaging so we can offer you even more competitive and affordable prices.

4.DELAYS

If your order experiences delays, it might occur due to:
  • Type of payment and procedures for the approval of the transaction.
    • Date and time when the order was placed.
      • Product availability.
        • Issues that are out of PINA COURT’s control.

          5.PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER

          All packages returned to Pina Court will be treated as returns. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping address. Refer to our Return Policy for more details.

          6.ORDERS PROCESSING

          Once we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped out as soon as possible. We currently process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Orders placed before 11:00AM EST (business days) will be processed and shipped the same day, if and only if the product is in our facilities. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, as long as that Monday is not a holiday. Orders made on holidays will be shipped the next business day.
